Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are times schedule adjustments are necessary. As a courtesy to other clients and the team at Studio 145 we require a 24 hour notice if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations and "No-Show" appointments cost our talented team money. Clients who cancel or No-Show" an appointment less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services scheduled, and may be asked to have a valid credit card on file for future appointments. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are 10 minutes late, and may be subjet to a reschedule fee of 50% charge of the services scheduled. The cancellation fees went into effect January 2, 2012.
